would love to see more of how your summer rowing is going!
I actually haven’t written anything about rowing lately because my rowing career seems to be hanging in the balance. I’ve been rowing some, just for fun, but as of right now college rowing seems like a lesser and lesser possibility.
A friend recommended this book to me a while back and I just took it out of the library. So glad I did. It’s surprisingly good. I often brush off literature in which romantic relationships are a main component. I lack faith in relationships to put it simply; and therefore have difficulty believing in that type of literature. This book, however, seems relevant to me and the character dynamic and development is very well done.
I recently saw the trailer for the movie which they have made the book into. I fear it will not be as great as the book, mostly because Anne Hathaway’s accent is absolutely awful. My mother told me according to reviews Hathaway sort of brings the film down a few notches. This is kind of disappointing (partly because I like Anne Hathaway), but I’ll probably go see it anyway. Besides, the film is never quite as good as the book in most cases.
